To ensure you secure a room, we recommend RSVPing by May 1st, 2023. For your peace of mind, there's a $50 deposit per person for room only and $250 deposit per person for room and airfare, with the final payment due on September 8th, 2023. If for any reason you need to cancel your trip, there will be a full refund available before September 8th, 2023.
